Overview

For our senior design project, our team partnered with FW PsychWorks, a local psychology practice, to streamline and modernize their psychological report generation process. Prior to our collaboration, clinicians at FW PsychWorks spent between one to two hours manually compiling cognitive and behavioral assessment data into client reports. To address this, we developed a custom web application that enables users to build and reuse assessment templates and automatically generate reports based on client-specific input. With this solution, the report creation process now takes approximately 5 to 30 minutes—an efficiency gain of up to 75%. Our platform not only saves valuable time for practitioners but also ensures consistency, accuracy, and ease of use across different assessments and clients.
